About The Managers

Blackburn Rovers have had alot of managers and here are some that stand out a little bit more than others:
Kenny Dalglish-Kenny Dalglish won the Premier League in 1994-95 season
Mark Hughes-Mark Hughes got us into the UEFA Cup in 2007-08 season
Sam Allardyce-Sam Allardyce is a good manager but it was a shame when he got sacked by Venkys
Steve Kean-Steve Kean is the worst manager ever because he didn't know anything about football and he got us relegated in the 2011-12 season
Henning Berg-Henning Berg was absolutly rubbish and only lasted 57 days of taking charge and his win percentage was worst than Steve Kean.

The History of Blackburn Rovers

Blackburn Rovers F.C was founded in 1875, they became afounding member of the football league in 1888 and is one of three clubs to be a founder of the football league the other two are Aston Villa and Everton. In 1890 Blackburn Rovers moved to a new stadium called Ewood park. Prior to the formation of the Premier League in 1992, most of the club's successes were before 1930. In 1992 Blackburn were promoted to the new premier league a year after being taken over by steel-baron Jack Walker, who installed Kenny Dalglish as manager. In 1995 Blackburn became league champions, having spent millions on Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton. However, the title winning team was quickly split up and, in 1999 the club was relegated. In this time they had qualified for UEFA Cup four times, and once League Cup winners twice as Premier League's sixth-placed team and once via Intertoto Cup. The 2009-10 season marked the clubs 72nd non-consecutive year in top flight. Blackburn are one of five clubs to win the premier league along with Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea. The clubs Latin motto is "Arte Et Labore", the club's translation of which is "By Skill & Hard Work". The highest victory was 11-0 against Rossendale United at Ewood Park in the FA Cup 1st Round on 13 October 1884. There highest league win was 9-0 against Middlesbourgh at Ewood Park in Division 2 on the 6th November 1954.
